The ideal candidate will be responsible for gluing foam materials according to specific product requirements and quality standards. They should have a strong understanding of gluing techniques, tools, and equipment, and be able to work independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality products in a timely manner.

This position’s primary focus is the overall operation and/or production of processes and materials, as directed.

Under general supervision, interacts directly with customers over the telephone and by email regarding requests for products & services; enters sales orders into JDE. Investigates complaints & problems working closely with Production, Sales, Accounting, Credit, & Shipping Departments.

HSM is seeking qualified candidates for the Laser Machine Operator position at our Metal Plant in Hickory, NC. The Laser Machine Operator will operate laser to produce fabricated steel parts to customer's specifications. (ie. Customers, sales, engineering, etc.)

HSM has an opportunity for a CAD/Nesting Tech to work in the Manufacturing Systems department located at the New Castle, IN facility. HSM fabricates foam, fiber, metal, and wood products through CNC machining at several manufacturing locations. The CAD/Nesting Tech will support daily manufacturing production by developing programs that run on CNC machines. This position will work closely with diverse operations and engineering teams to promote quality manufacturing while maximizing material utilization.
