The Material Handler I is responsible for obtaining, organizing, and transporting materials in a safe and efficient manner. This role ensures accurate inventory levels, proper product packaging, and compliance with 5S and safety standards, while supporting the flow of production and shipping activities.

The hours for this position are: Monday- Friday, 11PM-7AM. We offer a $3 shift differential for 3rd shift! 

Maintain Inventory of all Parts needed for equipment in the plant such as Shot blaster, Hard Draw Machine and Heat induction equipment, Spring Machines, lights, metal etc.

Supervises and coordinates the activities of production and operation workers. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring daily that all employees have the necessary tools and resources to perform safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include confirming all departments are communicating effectively, monitoring work flow, and coordinating any variations from the production schedules.

As an Extruder Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment in extrusion, conversion, recycling (regrind), warehousing, and quality control. You’ll play a key role in optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, troubleshooting machine issues, and training new operators. Flexibility is essential, as you may rotate across different areas based on production needs.   The hours are Monday-Friday, 11PM-7AM. The pay will be $20/hr plus a $3 shift differential.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing a variety of electro-mechanical equipment to ensure efficient and safe plant operations. The SCADA and MES Engineer is a hands-on digital enabler responsible for deploying and optimizing SCADA/MES platforms that drive real-time visibility, traceability, and system integration across TSM operations. Focused primarily on the Ignition platform, this role helps operational teams streamline data flow, standardize protocols, and build tools that maximize production success while reducing cost and risk. Candidates with experience in Siemens, Rockwell, or Aveva systems are welcome, provided they are ready to transition into an Ignition-first environment.  

The Regional Controller will be responsible for internal controls, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, financial reporting, and non- financial reporting needs for operational areas assigned. Requirements include monthly, quarterly and annual reporting. Functions Include financial close cycle and analysis, KPI reporting, inventory reporting and analysis, spend controls, maintaining shop floor integrity over material formulas, labor routers, maintenance of systems records for (JD Edwards and BI tool), annual budget, monthly forecast updates, and ad hoc reporting.
