The maintenance engineering manager would have mechanics as a direct report,  and be responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of machinery and equipment within the Tulsa facility by leading the creation and performance of scheduled maintenance tasks, troubleshooting malfunctions, repairing breakdowns, implementing preventative measures to minimize downtime and set course to optimize equipment performance and lifespan; often requiring technical expertise in mechanical, electrical, or plumbing systems to diagnose issues and execute repairs effectively.

Responsibilities include performing various duties required to ensure and support the production of innersprings.

Performs various tasks to cut foam safely and efficiently on CNC.   Basic Computer Skills, ability to read and interpret measurements, basic math skills including fractions are needed to perform tasks effectively. 

Under general supervision, interacts directly with customers over the telephone and by email regarding requests for products & services; enters sales orders into JDE. Investigates complaints & problems working closely with Production, Sales, Accounting, Credit, & Shipping Departments.

Setup the wire straightener, wire bender and use the welder to produce border wires for the innerspring department.   Please note that if an offer is extended, a pre-employment background check and drug screen are required!

HSM Spiller is looking for a CDL-A truck driver. No experience needed but must hold a CDL Class-A. At HSM Spiller we pride ourselves on being home weekly. Along with runs that last 2-3 days at a time. At HSM Spiller there is a 99% no touch freight along with great compensation and benefits.

Transports foam/fiber or other materials throughout Plant by hand, dolly, cart, or other means. Including loading/unloading of trailers, offloading at end of saw, transporting to glue lines or other area(s) of Plant.

The Quality Manager will manage the internal quality systems for this plant location and coordinate the quality activities of all plant management, production, and operation workers. Responsibilities include confirming that all departments communicate effectively about quality and all other associated and related plant functions, metrics, and programs. The quality assurance manager will be integral to customer review meetings and will collaborate regularly with operations leadership where needed. Other quality duties may be assigned as needed.

Overall responsibility for Quality department personnel, production technical support, communication through all organization, customer complaint handling and communications, familiarity of ISO 9001 Quality System and VDA6.3, documents and records controls, CA/PA coordination, knowledge of statistic technique skills, flexibility to work in a team, computer skills of Microsoft Word, and Excel  

The main function of this job is to help the balers complete their job along with performing preclipper inspector position.
