The Procurement & Quality Manager is responsible for overseeing all purchasing activities, supplier relationships, and quality assurance processes to ensure the organization receives high-quality goods and services at the best value. This role combines strategic sourcing with quality management, ensuring that suppliers meet contractual, technical, and quality requirements while supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Procurement
• Develop, implement, and manage procurement strategies aligned with business goals.
• Monitor supplier performance in cost, delivery, and service; implement corrective actions when needed.
• Manage purchase orders, track deliveries, and ensure compliance with contractual agreements.
• Maintain procurement records, cost analyses, and supplier scorecards.
Quality Management
• Develop and implement quality policies, procedures, and inspection processes.
• Ensure suppliers comply with company quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry certifications.
• Lead supplier quality audits and manage corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs.
• Analyze quality performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Work cross-functionally with engineering, production, and operations to resolve quality issues.
Leadership & Collaboration
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast demand, plan inventory, and manage risks.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on procurement policies and quality standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in business management (desired)
• Strong analytical and communication skills

• 3-5 years of experience in quality control (desired)
• Experience in leading quality improvement projects and managing teams
• Familiar with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
