Supervises and coordinates the activities of production and operation workers. The candidate will be responsible for daily assurance that employees have the necessary tools to perform their job. Responsibilities includes all departments are communicating effectively about orders, monitoring daily workflow, and coordinating any variation for, the production schedule.

• Lead, motivate, and supervise the production team to meet daily production targets and quality standards.
• Monitor production schedules and coordinate workflow to optimize productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
• Train and onboard new team members and provide continuous coaching and support to enhance their skills and performance.
• Collaborate with the engineering and configuration teams to optimize equipment settings and implement process improvements.
• Monitor product quality and inspect finished products to ensure compliance with specifications.
• Resolve production-related issues and address any bottlenecks that may arise during the fabrication process.
• Maintain accurate production records and prepare reports on production metrics and performance.
• Implement and enforce company policies and procedures to achieve operational excellence.
• Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork and open communication.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in manufacturing or production management are advantageous.
• Proven experience as a Supervisor or in a similar leadership role within a manufacturing or foam fabrication environment.
• In-depth knowledge of foam fabrication techniques, production processes, and equipment.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to effectively lead and motivate the production team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet production goals.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a manufacturing setting.
• Experience in lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies is beneficial.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing production demands and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a culture of excellence and teamwork.
• Bilingual skills are a plus
