• Building a standard seat back assembly in its entirety. Starting from the base frame to finished goods. Moving the finished product to a conveyor belt to be packaged for shipment.
• Keeping track of your progression to ensure individual daily goals are met and maintained.
• Communicating with your team lead and other assemblers
• Able to function in a fast-paced environment.
• Other duties as assigned by management.

• Able to lift up to 60-85 lbs. repetitively.
• Good communication skills.
• Willing to Train!
